About Your Coach
I am a Certified Nutrition Coach, (CNC) Personal Trainer (CPT), Transformation Specialist (CTS), And Menopause Specialist with a passion for helping others. I focus on helping women navigate the challenging transition of peri/menopause by guiding them toward a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle. Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated by unwanted changes in their bodies, including low energy, sleepless nights, weight gain, and a loss of connection to the vibrant life they once knew.
As a specialized Nutrition Coach, I am dedicated to helping women navigate the unique health challenges that arise during menopause, particularly those related to weight gain and other disruptive symptoms. I understand how frustrating it can be to experience changes in your body that seem beyond your control, like stubborn weight gain, low energy, and mood swings. Beyond addressing immediate concerns, I also help you reverse or prevent medical conditions that may arise later in life, such as heart disease, osteoporosis, and diabetes.
Through a holistic approach that combines personalized nutrition plans, tailored exercise programs, and practical lifestyle adjustments, I empower women to take back control of their health.
